After being the textile supervisor for some time, approximately 2 years I found it in my best interest to transfer departments to Purchasing as a receiving attendant being that I have years of experience in a warehouse prior to working for Chumash Casino. Climbed to a lead position fairly quick and then quickly then to supervisor.
